A consultation to undertake a thorough review of your results and any results of previous fertility treatment or tests you wish to email to us beforehand. We will answer any questions you may have and provide you with the information and support to help you make your next steps towards growing your family. If you are looking to start treatment, you will also discuss this during the consultation.

Requirements for booking
Prior to booking a consultation, the following test results are required.
For female patients:
- AMH blood test (dated within the last 12 months)
- LH & FSH blood tests taken between day 2 - 5 of your cycle (dated within the last 6 months)
- TSH, full blood count and vitamin D blood tests (dated within the last 6 months)
- 3D pre-treatment scan (dated within the last 6 months)
For male patients:
- A semen analysis result (dated within the last 12 months)
If you have had any of the above investigations carried out elsewhere, as long as they are from an accredited lab and the results are dated within the stated time frames, you might not need to repeat the tests. Any test results must be emailed to add-tr.cambridgeivf@nhs.net before you can book a consultation.
